Project Inquiry Privacy Notice
This notice explains how INCREASE handles information submitted by prospective clients and project contacts.
Effective date: July 21, 2026
INCREASE, operated by Ho-in Ryu in the Republic of Korea, controls the personal information submitted through the project inquiry form. This notice is intended to provide a clear operational summary and does not limit rights available under applicable law.
1. Why We Process Inquiry Information
We use inquiry information to review project fit, understand requirements, arrange consultation, prepare scope and commercial discussions, maintain a record of the conversation, prevent abuse and address disputes. We do not use inquiry information for unrelated promotional messages without a separate lawful basis or consent.
2. Information We Collect
- Required: requested service, name, company or organization, email address, country or region code, time zone, budget currency, project description and privacy consent.
- Optional: phone number, budget range, preferred timeline, current website or reference URL.
- Security and technical data: submission time, session and CSRF data, IP address and browser or device signals processed for security, fraud and abuse prevention.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, production credentials, regulated records or personal information that is not necessary for the initial project discussion.
3. Legal Basis and International Inquiries
We process the information to take steps requested by you before entering a contract, to respond to your inquiry, to protect the website from abuse and, where required, based on the consent provided with the form. If you contact us from outside the Republic of Korea, your inquiry is transmitted to INCREASE in the Republic of Korea for these purposes.
4. Retention and Deletion
Project inquiry records are retained for up to three years from submission to manage the consultation history and related disputes, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. When the period expires, or when a valid deletion request applies and no legal reason requires continued retention, electronic records are deleted using methods intended to prevent ordinary recovery.
5. Service Providers and reCAPTCHA
The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Google may process IP address, browser, device, application and interaction signals when the widget loads and when a request is verified. This processing is limited to providing, maintaining and protecting the reCAPTCHA service under the applicable Google Cloud service terms and data-processing terms. Processing locations may include countries where Google or its subprocessors operate.
The reCAPTCHA _grecaptcha cookie or equivalent storage may be used for risk analysis. Google states that, from April 2, 2026, the reCAPTCHA customer acts as controller and Google processes customer data as a processor. See the official reCAPTCHA data-processing FAQ.
If you do not want to use reCAPTCHA, contact us at support@increase.co.kr or +82 2 586 1236. Do not send confidential credentials or unnecessary personal data by email.
6. Disclosure to Other Parties
We do not sell project inquiry information. We disclose it only to service providers acting for the purposes described in this notice, when you direct or consent to the disclosure, or when disclosure is required or permitted by law. Any additional project tools, subcontractors or client systems are addressed during contracting before project data is shared.
7. Security Measures
- HTTPS transport and restricted administrative access
- Encrypted storage of submitted phone numbers
- CSRF protection, server-side validation, submission throttling and reCAPTCHA
- Controlled backups, security updates and access-log review within the agreed operating scope
No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use the minimum information necessary for the inquiry.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or suspension of processing, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. You may also object to certain processing or raise a concern with the competent privacy authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Cookies and Automated Decisions
The inquiry flow uses a security session cookie to protect form submissions and may use reCAPTCHA storage for abuse prevention. The inquiry form does not make a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.
